About Sohum Yoga

So'ham — I am That.

SOHUM is a Sanskrit mantra meaning "I am That" a reminder of our connection to the breath, the self, and the universe around us.

At Sohum Yoga, the practice goes beyond physical postures. Through mindful movement, conscious breathing, and stillness, yoga becomes a pathway to strength, balance, clarity, and inner awareness.

The true essence of Sohum is not just understood it is experienced on the mat, one breath at a time.

What the practice gives you

A real practice, not another workout.

Stronger body

real strength, not just stretching

Looser hips & back

at a pace your body can actually keep

Calmer mind

one hour that steadies the rest of your day

Past the plateau

the correction that finally fixes the pose you've been stuck on

A practice that sticks

structure, so it's a rhythm, not a resolution

"Coming back after a break? You're not starting over. Everyone in the room moves at their own pace — that's just how this practice works."

Not for you if you want variety every week. Right for you if you want one practice, done properly, that actually works.
